What size am I?

 

FIRST STEP: Place your foot on the floor, with the heel against the wall. SECOND STEP: With the ruler under your foot, measure the distance from the wall to the tip of the foot, with respect to the longest toe. THIRD STEP: Enter in the box the measure obtained and calculate your size. We recommend repeating the whole procedure 3 times for greater precision.

NOTE: Because the foot is three-dimensional any type of measurement in two dimensions can only be an approximate of your actual size. Also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts for their products, so the sizes can vary according to these.

How can I confirm the information of my purchase?

Once you finish the selection of your products, you can check the right side of the data of your purchase, such as model, color, size and price. Once the payment is made, through your email you will receive the confirmation of the purchase, with the corresponding invoice numbers and order form.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

Your order has 3 to 5 business days (Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia.) Depending on the city where you live; 3 to 5 days for major cities and intermediate cities, from 5 to 7 business days for withdrawn populations, the days will begin to elapse after the confirmation of payment and verification of inventory and customer data.

What are the payment methods?

You can choose between means of payment debit or credit, we use the Mercadopago payment gateway, with the security standards for online purchases.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping in Bogota we do it directly with our conveyor. For domestic shipments through a transport company, when you choose the shipping address and city, the shipping cost will be calculated.

How can I redeem the discount vouchers?

Enter the bonus code in the space before confirming your purchase so that it becomes effective.

What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives?

Do not worry, the transporter delivers the package to anyone who is in your house or apartment, signing the delivery. In any case, if you want to know the status of your order, you can contact our Customer Service.
